Adorable.
At my house we've long been fans of Nicholas Oldland's art and this
book doesn't let us down. Moose, Bear, and Beaver are cute and funny and
just generally appealing.

In this book the three animals are buddies out for a day of fun. They
set off and somewhere along the line they decide to make the trip 'more
exciting'. And so they set off in a hurry only to run into some
mishaps because... well, when you rush you can't be as careful.
So they slow down and discover what many of us already know. That you can find a different sort of excitement at a slower pace: dinosaurs bones and spooky caves!

Kids
are going to like the art and adventure; and adults are going to be
able to point out that you have to sometimes slow down to smell the
roses.
