Free Educational Stuff

There is all sorts of free, or nearly free, educational information, available on the net. Be it game, coloring pages, or info sheets.

Here are some sites we like. (Check back, we're just starting this list.)

Time Blazers!

This zany show is chock-full of history concepts. The staff act out scenarios and talk about the history of marriage, money, and heroes amongst other topics. Within an episode they may start their study in ancient Greece or China and end in modern times.

Age range will vary.

Peep, Quack, Beaver-boy and the rest of the gang are all about science, although you'd never know it as the stories aren't heavy handed.

At the Peep and the Big Wide World site you can find printables, games, and music.

For preschoolers on up. The show is fun enough to draw in elementary aged children too.
